Privacy policy
Last updated: August 18, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Kindleport, LLC ("Kindleport," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit or make a purchase from kindleportshop.com (the "Site").
1. Information We Collect
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies installed on your device. We also collect information about the pages or products you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and how you interact with the Site.
When you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers, though this is processed securely by our payment processor and not stored directly by us), email address, and phone number.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the personal information we collect to:
- Fulfil orders, process payments, and provide customer support
- Communicate with you about your order, account, or inquiries
- Screen orders for potential risk or fraud
- Improve and optimize the Site (for example, by generating analytics about how customers browse and interact with the Site)
- With your consent, market and advertise our products to you, including through the third-party advertising described below
3. Sharing Your Information with Third Parties
We share your personal information with third parties to help us provide our services and fulfil the purposes described above. This includes:
Shopify. Our Site is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform, secure checkout, and payment processing that allows us to sell our products to you.
Meta (Facebook and Instagram). We use the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to understand how customers interact with our Site and to measure and improve the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. As part of this, we share certain customer information with Meta in hashed (encrypted, non-human-readable) form — such as email address and phone number — through a feature called "advanced matching," so that Meta can match your activity on our Site with your Meta account for advertising and measurement purposes. Meta may use this information in accordance with its own Data Policy.
You can learn more about how Meta uses this data, and manage your ad preferences or disconnect your off-Facebook activity from your account, at Meta's Off-Facebook Activity settings and Ad Preferences.
Printify. Some of our products are produced and shipped by our print-on-demand fulfilment partner, Printify, which receives order and shipping information necessary to produce and deliver your order.
Legal purposes. We may share your personal information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve the Site, remember your preferences, and to support the advertising described in Section 3. You can control cookies through your browser settings; note that disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the Site.
5. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, such as the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, or to opt out of certain sharing of your information (including for advertising purposes). To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the information below.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which we collected it, including to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
7. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
